Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or if an incorrect product is delivered.

Any return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Products will not be eligible for return due to color variation, minor size differences, or personal preference.

Customized or used products are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

After the refund is initiated, it may take 4 to 12 working days to reflect in your bank account.

We use a third-party payment gateway, and refund timelines depend on their processing policies.
